Cauliflower Au Gratin

  • ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese, low sodium
  • 2 pounds cauliflower

  1. Break cauliflower into flowerets.
  2. Arrange them in a shallow ovenproof dish.
  3. Sprinkle 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
  4. Bake in preheated 400 F oven until brown on top- about 15 minutes.
