  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 romaine lettuce heads
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • ¾ cup sliced strawberries

To Make Vinaigrette

  1. combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup strawberries, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
  2. Pulse until combined.
  3. Stream in 1/4 cup olive oil. Set aside.

​To Prepare Salad

  1. Preheat a grill to medium-high.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the lettuce.
  3. Cut the heads in thirds lengthwise.
  4. Lightly brush the surface with olive oil and grill about 4 to 5 minutes total.
  5. Place each wedge on a salad plate. Top with remaining strawberries and blueberries. Drizzle with 2 Tablespoons strawberry vinaigrette.
