  • 1½ cups Romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups iceberg lettuce
  • ½ small tomato, diced
  • 4 baby carrots, shredded
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 stalk celery

  1. Toss all vegetables together in a large bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix vinegar and oil or pull out your favorite low sodium salad version.
