- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup ground oats

- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients.
- Spray an 8.5” x 4.5” rectangular pan with non-stick spray.
- Add the mixture to the pan. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the bread comes out clean.
- Remove the apple bread from the oven and let it cool. Cut into 12 slices of 0.6”.
- Store in the refrigerator.
