NKF Golf Classic at the Club at Creighton Farms

A charitable event creating a better tomorrow for kidney patients.

June 09, 2025
The Club at Creighton Farms
Aldie, VA

Registration Opens: 9:30am
Shotgun Start: 11:00am

The NKF Golf Classic is the nation's Premier Amateur Golf Event for Charity. Each year thousands of golfers from across the country participate in 30 events across the U.S. for the exciting competition and the chance to earn an invitation to the National Finals at Pebble Beach - while supporting the NKF and our mission.

Enter a team in one of two competitive divisions: the Handicap Index or Gross Division, providing you and your guests with a competitive yet social day of golf whether you are a low handicapper or new to the game. Each Handicap Index Division team can have one player with a handicap index of 8.0 or less and the total combined handicap index for your four players must be 42.0 or more. Golfers must have submitted at least 3 scores towards their Handicap Index in the last 12 months.  The Gross Division is for teams whose golfers do not have an official USGA Handicap Index or do not meet the above Handicap Index requirements. Non-competitive entries are also available.

Top teams in both competitive divisions from each NKF Golf Classic are invited to compete in the National Finals held at the famed Pebble Beach Resorts (additional fees required) held January 15-18, 2026.

NKF Programs

Rare Disease Roundtable

April 22, 2025 6:30-9:30pm NKF Office

The National Kidney Foundation Serving the National Capital Area is pleased to be hosting our second Rare Disease Roundtable, an educational and networking event for medical professionals centered on rare renal diseases. The program consists of scientific presentations focused on specific disease states, followed by Q&A with participants.

Please contact ashwani.jain@kidney.org for more information.

Home Dialysis Community Education Program

We were pleased to partner with DaVita, for a free, comprehensive educational program for the National Capital Area kidney community focused on empowering patients to consider home dialysis as a viable treatment option. The event featured a panel of medical experts and patients sharing pertinent information and their experiences before a live Q&A session. Additionally, exhibitor booths from local transplant centers, dialysis providers, and others in the kidney health community provided more information for patients. Thank you to Baxter, Infinite Legacy, Natera, and NxStage for their support. Please contact ashwani.jain@kidney.org for more information.
