- 3 cups sliced carrots
- 1 lb Swiss chard, cleaned and chopped
- 1 lb kale, cleaned and chopped

- 1 packet (2 oz or 4 Tbsp) onion soup mix, reduced sodium
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
