Jennifer Miller, MSW, LICSW, FNKF, has been a Kidney transplant social worker at Abbott Northwestern Hospital kidney transplant clinic in Minneapolis, Minnesota since 2015. Prior to being in Kidney transplant, Jennifer was a dialysis social worker with Davita Dialysis for 11 years. She obtained her master’s in social work degree from a joint program between the University of St Thomas and the College of St. Catherine in Minnesota. Jennifer had the unique opportunity to help to open two dialysis clinics in India with the Bridge of Life organization.
Jennifer has been active with NKF CNSW since 2008. She started out as part of the partners in practice planning committee locally and in 2009 was on the NSW-C review board nationally. She has been a local CNSW executive board member since 2010 and a national CNSW board member from 2016 -2024. Jennifer currently serves on the SCM planning committee. Jennifer won the NKF CNSW Merit award in 2012.
