Program Details

A 60-minute case-based learning program with the goal of increasing living donor conversion rates.

 

Nationally recognized kidney health professional care team experts will address the spectrum of challenges (infrastructure, clinical, psychosocial) including:

  • Increasing living donor conversion rates at lower performing transplant centers
  • Identifying gaps between qualified donors vs when they drop out of process and strengthen the process
  • Examining current best practices to increase conversion rates
  • Collaborating with NKR to use existing data to increase conversion rates

All transplant center healthcare professionals involved in the care of kidney patients awaiting a kidney transplant and living donors, including but not limited to:

Case Submissions

If you’re facing a challenging case at your center, we’d like to help you! If you’re experiencing issues with donors, the living donation process, or infrastructure challenges, submit a case and gain expert feedback from our Hub Committee Members and other participants.
