Cause Marketing
The NKF works with a growing number of consumer products and services companies, in an effort to raise awareness among a broad audience for the importance of maintaining kidney health, while delivering impactful opportunities that further advance their business and philanthropic objectives.
BuzzRx, the leading provider of free prescription discount cards benefiting nonprofits, launched a co-branded card benefitting the NKF. Each time the card is used to save on prescription medications, a donation is made to the NKF, making medications more affordable, while raising awareness for the organization.
Icelandic Glacial
Icelandic Glacial, a premier bottled water brand, conducted a cause marketing campaign to generate greater understanding for the importance of hydration for kidney health, while providing funding for the organization and growing brand interest/sales.
Monday Campaigns
The Monday Campaigns is a non-profit health platform designed to reduce chronic, preventable disease thru diet/exercise. The partnership leverages their Meatless Monday program to build awareness and relevance for the benefits of plant-based diets among a broader audience, to help maintain kidney health.
Spiceology
Spiceology, a manufacturer of spices, herbs, blends and barbecue rubs, developed several initiatives to educate consumers/patients and dietitians about the benefits of limiting sodium in the diet. The partnership also provided recognition for Spiceology’s new line of salt-free blends, with a percentage of sales benefitting the NKF.

The Links, Inc.
The Links, Incorporated is an international, not-for-profit organization established in 1946 consisting of more than 17,000 professional women of African American descent around the globe, including 41 of the United States. Through its Health and Human Services programming, Links chapters across the country have joined forces with The National Kidney Foundation to help further slow the impact of CKD in communities of color.
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.
Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. is one of the nine historically black Greek letter fraternities and sororities with 750 chapters nationwide across 13 districts. Since 2017, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. has engaged with the National Kidney Foundation to advocate for our kidney patient community, amplify health equity for those at risk and raise vital funds to support programs and services.
