We are thrilled to be a partner in the NMQF Connect: Oakland Mini Clinic in Oakland, CA, this month! Join us for a day of education, empowerment, and community. This preeminent event will focus on hands-on education and free health screenings under the care of health experts with cutting-edge techniques and technologies. Screenings include vision exams, oral exams, A1 checks, blood pressure checks, kidney screening, diabetes screening, and more. There will also be several giveaways and entertainment, like free t-shirts, free food, a live DJ, and kid-friendly activities. The Mini Clinic will be held at Hope Center Church and is hosted by the National Minority Quality Forum (NMQF), a nonprofit dedicated to ensuring high-risk racial and ethnic populations receive optimal care.
