This program is for people with later stage kidney disease who are thinking about transplant or who are already on the waitlist, their care partners, family members and/or those interested in learning more about living donation.
In this free virtual program from the National Kidney Foundation in partnership with Thermo Fisher, you will:
- Learn tools to encourage you to share your story to find a living kidney donor
- Learn about the benefits of transplants from a living donor
- Hear personal stories from kidney patients and families on how they found a living kidney donor by sharing their story
