Meg Rodriguez is the Clinical Quality Data Coordinator at Iowa Methodist Kidney Transplant Center. As the sole QA and Clinical Data person on the team, her job ranges from maintaining compliance with federal governing bodies to utilizing tools available through UNOS, CMS and SRTR to provide data analytics, and everything in between.

Meg has spent the past 22 years in the field of donation and transplantation. For the first 18 years, she worked for the state OPO, Iowa Donor Network. She started as a hospital development coordinator covering up to 40 hospitals and quickly moved into her true passion of being an in-house coordinator at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, closely working with and supporting donor families and hospital staff.

Meg’s background includes work in the fields of HIV/AIDS at the Red Cross and International Relations with Iowa Sister States. Her background has provided her with a skill set that includes adaptive training and outreach, follow-through on process and outcome related to data analysis, and communication and networking.
