Upstate and Western NY - Kidney Walk Volunteer

Volunteers play a key role in our moving the National Kidney Foundation mission forward. We can only accomplish this with their help.

Our Kidney Walk Volunteers assist with the planning, outreach, and day-of activities associated with the Upstate and WNY Kidney Walk scheduled for Sunday, September 15, 2024 at Ontario Beach Park in Rochester, NY.

We are incredibly grateful for our Kidney Walk volunteers supporting us with:
• Walk Day preparation (pre-Walk) including personal outreach via handwritten notes and phone calls, distribution of Kidney Walk flyers, signage and invitations, and coordination of day-of activities and vendors; and/or
• Walk Day activities including event setup/cleanup, greeting Walkers, walk-route activities and fun, registration, t-shirt distribution, and so much more!
