Farrah Desrosiers, LCSW, CCTSW is a Senior Social Worker and Independent Living Donor Advocate at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center (NYPH/WCMC). Since 2010, she has provided psychosocial support to liver, kidney, transplant and living donor patients. She is a Certified Clinical Transplant Social Worker and has made several professional contributions to clinical knowledge and practice as demonstrated by her research, presentations, and publications.
