The National Kidney Foundation Cadillac Golf Classic will take place on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Whitmoor Country Club. The NKF Cadillac Golf Classic is the nation's premier amateur golf event for charity. Each year thousands of golfers from across the country participate for the exciting competition and the chance to win great prizes—all to benefit a worthy cause. Each qualified winning team and the second and third finishers from every local National Kidney Foundation Cadillac Golf Classic Tournament is invited to compete for the National Championship held at the famed Pebble Beach Resorts (additional fees required).

On November 17th, the National Kidney Foundation Serving Eastern Missouri and Metro East hosted its annual black tie event - the Magic of Giving Gala. Over 250 people gathered at the Four Seasons Hotel to see the Magic of Giving come alive. Guests sipped cocktails from the kidney shaped ice sculpture, voted on their favorite desserts submitted by gala attendees and recognized the first Drew Baur Award of Excellence be presented to Stafford Manion, a longtime NKF supporter and board member. Just like Mr. Baur, he has made tremendous strides towards the awareness of kidney disease in the community.
