Appropriate for CKD, Dialysis, Diabetes
1 — 8 oz. package low-fat cream cheese
¼ cup low-fat plain yogurt (with low calorie sweetener)
1 teaspoon "Simply Organic Ranch Dip Mix"
2 Tablespoon diced celery
2 Tablespoon diced green onions
2-3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
2 Tablespoon crushed walnuts
Leave cream cheese at room temperature for 30 minutes. Mix yogurt with ranch dip mix, diced celery, green onions, and tobacco sauce before mixing entire mixture with cream cheese. Roll into ball and roll in crushed walnuts.
The dip can be enjoyed with low-sodium, low-phosphorus crackers, such as Ritz crackers. Crackers were not included in the nutritional analysis.
