Registration fees include:
- An event credential that identifies you as a Games participant
- Admission to all competition venues, Games hotels, competition venues and special events

Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. For those who do not register for the Games, there is a $15 daily admission fee to access most Games events and activities. Non-athletes three years of age and under are admitted free to the Games, when accompanied by a registered parent or guardian.
Registration Upgrades
Games Shuttle Pass – If you register for the Games AND book your housing reservations through the Games Housing Bureau, you will have full use of the Games shuttle service. If you do not make your reservations through us, you may still purchase a Shuttle pass for $20 for use from July 11th thru July 16th, and access the Games shuttle service at any of the scheduled pickup locations.
Meal Plans – Three meal plans are being offered by the David L. Lawrence Convention Center for Games attendees – a Modified American Plan (breakfasts and dinners July 13-16, excluding all lunches), a Breakfast only plan and a Dinner only plan.

5K Race for Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness: Approximately 100,000 men, women and children are currently waiting for a lifesaving organ transplant. Join us in promoting organ, eye and tissue donation and calling attention to the critical need for more donors. Sunday, July 13th. Pre-register now thru June 5th and pay only $15. After June 5th, registration is $20.
Donor- Recipient Golf Outing: What’s better than a round of golf between a transplant recipient and their living donor or donor family members? On Wednesday, July 16th, many will take part in this Games event. The $65 Registration fee (per golfer) includes green fees, golf cart, lunch, fun and prizes. Register soon – space is limited!
Kids’ Time - Just Ducky Tours: Weave through Pittsburgh’s historic elements on land-then see them on water! In a vintage World War II amphibious vehicle that travels on land and water (DUKW), tour Pittsburgh like no other as you pass cultural sites in the heart of Pittsburgh and glide into the water to see them from afar. Note: quacking and having fun IS required. Tours are approximately one hour and will pick up and drop off at the David Lawrence Convention Center on July 14th at 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM. Tickets are $15/person.
Kids’ Time – SportsWorks: Experience the ins and outs of athleticism at SportsWorks, the world’s largest science of sport exhibition. Play a game of optical illusion mini-golf or design your own roller coaster... and ride it! Also, find out more about how ice skaters control their spinning or how to line up a trick shot in pool. With over 40 exhibits and more than 60 interactive showcases, prepare yourself and your family to challenge yourselves on July 13th. Tickets are $10/person.
Cancellation Policy
Games Registration Fees
Games registration and processing fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations of upgrades will be granted with the following penalties:
until March 31, 2008 – no penalty
April 1st – May 5th – $50 or total cost of Upgrades, whichever is less
May 6th – June 5th – $100 or total cost of Upgrades, whichever is less.
After June 5th, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
Upgrades
Cancellations of Upgrades will be granted with the following penalties:
Until March 15, 2008 – no penalty
March 16th - May 5th – $50 or total cost of Upgrades, whichever is less
May 5th-June 5th – $100 or total cost of Upgrades, whichever is less
After June 5th, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
Hotel Cancellations
Hotel cancellations will be subject to the following fees:
Until March 31, 2008 - $25
After March 31th - $100
Hotel changes and cancellations can be made through the Games registration and housing system or submitted in writing by e-mail to transplantgames@housingregistration.com, by fax to 801.355.0250 or by mail to NKF/Housing, 175 South West Temple, Ste. 140, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, before 5 pm CST on June 20, 2008.
Hotel cancellations made after June 20, 2008 must be made directly with the hotel. (Remember to record the date and time you called, the name of the person you spoke with and your cancellation number.) Failure to cancel your hotel reservation within 72 hours of your planned arrival time could result in substantial fees.
